Frequently asked questions

Mom 2 Mom issues credit on full-price items, as long as you email us at mom2momrva@yahoo.com within 7 days from delivery. After 7 days, all purchases are final. Alll sale items are final.

We take Drop-Offs every day during our business hours. No appointment is needed. Please make sure clothing items are hanger-ready, meaning clothes should be brought in a container or tote. No trash bags, please.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Mom 2 Mom offers a free pick-up service to Richmond and the surrounding areas 25 miles from our retail shop for large quantities of items, large equipment, and furniture.
